These cushioned shoe inserts can be slipped into any shoe or boot to provide comfort and support in the instep, heel and ball of the foot. I use them in my boots and flat shoes and they are great - especially if you do lots of walking or are on your feet all day. Also brilliant for high heels to cushion the ball of the foot. 

Sizes:

They are designed to relieve pressure in the centre of the foot and can be trimmed to a shorter length.

S/M shoe 35-39. 25cm long, 8cm wide at its widest. 

L shoe 40-47: 29cm long, 10cm at widest.
